I provide tailored therapeutic massage services that cater to each individual's specific needs, as well as advice on maintaining pain relief between sessions. Located in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood near Belmont, you'll find me close to parks, restaurants, and entertainment spots – ideal for turning your visit into an enjoyable day out❣️ About Semaj; After diving deep into the world of spa & wellness for over a decade, my passion still burns bright 15 years later! From being an esthetician to a lead massage therapist to a spa operations manager and everything in between, my journey has been a whirlwind of experiences, growth & learning. I thrive on keeping up with the latest techniques and technology, always hungry to expand my skills and knowledge. My joy comes from not just pampering my clients, but also empowering them to feel their best and shine bright and confidently. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits, Payment & Cancellation Policy; •Accepted Payment Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit, FSA/HSA/HRA, Apple Pay •Card on File A valid card is required to book (even if you are using a gift card). Charges apply only for late cancellations, no-shows, or if selected for payment after your session. •Deposits -A $50 non refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Deposit goes towards your appointment total. -A 50% non refundable deposit is required for travel & 3+ hour bookings. - rescheduling within 48hour will require a new deposit for booking. *If you are using your package or a gift card please use my waitlist option for booking or reach out to me. •Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Changes must be made through your confirmation link or by contacting me directly. •Late Cancellations - regardless of reasoning -Within 48 hours: 50% of service fee -Within 24 hours: 100% of service fee •No-Shows 100% of the service fee will be charged. Appointments are considered a no-show after 15 minutes without communication. •Failed Charges Balances must be paid in full before future bookings are permitted. •Repeat Last Minute Cancellations Will result in a ban from booking with Lrae Studios. •Late Fee If payment cannot be processed or a valid form of payment is not provided at your appointment, a 50% late fee will be applied. All balances must be settled prior to booking again. I kindly ask you to consider this before finalizing your request for booking.
